Custom management application for UGES: requests and quotes, clients and contracts, jobs and invoicing brought together in a single tool, connected to the website.

The starting point
The problem
The context
UGES coordinates six business lines with a strong promise: a single point of contact per file, quotes detailed line by line, a written report after each job and an invoice that matches the quote. To keep that promise day to day, the team needed a single tool to track every request, every client and every job, from first contact to invoice.
The guardrails
The constraints
One tool for six lines of business with very different needs; jobs all over Guinea to be tracked from Conakry; client data restricted to authorized people; a simple interface that the whole team can use every day.

What we did

Requests · quotes Requests sent from the website go straight into the tool, qualified by business line, then turned into quotes detailed line by line.

Clients · contracts Client records and service sites, recurring maintenance and cleaning contracts.

Jobs · reports Job scheduling, assignment of teams and a lead contact, and a written report after each visit.

Invoicing · payments Invoicing that matches the quote for all services of the same client, and payment tracking.

Secure access Secure, login-protected back office, built on the same Laravel foundation as the website.
