What we collect

The data you send us through the website’s forms: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message. For the website’s security, the IP address from which the form is sent is recorded with the request. If you take a training course, a learner portal account is opened under your address: name, email address, phone number and date of last login, along with your progress tracking (class attendance, resources viewed, quiz results), the messages you post on your session’s forum and the personal notes in your notebook, which only you can read. No advertising trackers or audience measurement tools are used, and no data is sold.

Why, and on what legal basis

Responding to your request and preparing a quote, at your request; managing your registration for a training session and giving you access, in your learner portal, to its materials, replays and certificate, for the performance of the contract; sending you the newsletter if you have requested and confirmed it — your consent, which you can withdraw in one click at the bottom of each newsletter; protecting the website against abusive submissions, our legitimate interest.

How long

Requests and training registrations are automatically deleted three years after the last exchange or the end of the session; the learner portal account, along with the notes in its notebook, thirty days after its last registration is deleted; a session’s progress tracking and forum messages, along with its registrations — a session’s materials and replays remain accessible there only for a few months after it ends, for the period stated in the portal; a newsletter subscription that is never confirmed, after thirty days; the technical log, after one year. Accounting records — accepted quotes, invoices, receipts — are kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

The website only sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function: the session — including the learner portal session — and the protection of forms against forgery. They are not used to track you or to measure audience, and therefore do not require your consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@visiodev.net. We respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the authority competent for the protection of personal data.

Processors

Website hosting and email delivery are entrusted to technical service providers bound by confidentiality. When bot verification is active, Cloudflare (Turnstile) processes the IP address and technical browser data for the duration of that verification. Learner portal replays are played from YouTube (cookie-free mode, unlisted videos) or Bunny.net, which receive the same technical data at the time of playback.
